Butte Creek OA Induction Weekend

Candidates: Cost for OA candidates is $50.00, which includes all your food for the weekend, a new OA sash, OA handbook, OA Lodge pocket patch, and your 2019 annual OA Membership Dues.

Members: Cost for OA members is $20 for ordeal weekend. You may also order a t-shirt for an additional cost during this registration process, pay your 2019 dues of $15, and/or choose to become Brotherhood with an additional fee of $20. Ordeal season passes are avaialble for $50 or $20 for ordeal ceremonialists giving you access to all five ordeals.  If you select either Season Pass, please enter the weekends you will be attending in the notes field during registration.  Ceremonialist Season Passes are only available to cermonialists performing at Induction weekends.

Candidates: Congratulations on your election into our Order!  Before you can become an official member of the OA, you need to complete your induction where you will have an opportunity to rededicate yourself to the ideals of Scouting. You can attend any one of the five Induction Weekends planned for 2019.

What To Bring:
Sleeping Bag and Pad Ground Cloth (tarp)
Water bottle Flashlight
FULL Scout Uniform plus Work Clothes and Gloves
Weather-appropriate clothes Rain Gear
Backpack for carrying your gear Personal first-aid kit
No food -- All food will be provided for you (except Friday dinner)

NOTE: Wauna La-Mon’tay Lodge will no longer retain an annual Event form for members.  Please bring a current copy of your BSA Medical form Part A and B. Turn it in during check-in and pick it up when you depart.  Forms not picked up at the end of the weekend will be shredded.

Med Form Part A&B (under 72 hours) Everyone attending an Order of the Arrow weekend event needs to turn in a Completed and signed BSA Medical Form Part A and B at registration. Forms can be pick up upon Check Out or be shredded by the Lodge. Wauna La-Mon'tay Lodge will no long retain Medical forms between events.
