Do you know that you are trained, but your unit roster shows you as not trained? There are two ways to correct that. The first way is to call your District Training Chair or your District Executive and tell them that your records are incorrect. You will need to know what trainings you took and the date that you took them. They will then fill out a form and submit that to the council office.

The other way is for you to download and fill out the Training Record Correction form. You can then submit this form to your District Training Chair or your District Executive and they will take it from there.

For District Training Chairs and District Executives:
Use the Adult Training Record Administrative Change Request Form to change multiple records at the same time. Encourage volunteers to contact you to correct their training records.
