Commissioners' Corner

Hello Thunderbird Scouters and welcome to the Thunderbird Commissioner's page

Did you know that currently each Pack has been assigned a Unit Commissioner? Don't know who your Unit Commissioner is? Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

What is a Unit Commissioner?

Commissioners are district and council leaders who help Scout units succeed. They coach and consult with adult leaders of Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout troops, and/or Venturing crews. Commissioners help maintain the standards of the Boy Scouts of America. They also help oversee the unit charter renewal plan so that each unit reregisters on time with an optimum number of youth and adult members.

Commisioner meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month (except July) at 6:30pm at the Fairview Community Center.
Location:
300 NW Harrison St.
Fairview, OR 97024
