Camp Card Sale Completed
The Camp Card sale has ended. Thank you for participating in this fundraiser focused on helping Scouts raise money so that they can attend summer camp. Early projections are that Scouts have raised around $67,000 - which will be a great help to many, many Scouts so that they can have a great summer camp experience.
A survey will soon be available for unit leaders to share feedback, suggestions, and ideas that can be used to plan for future fundraisers. A link will soon be sent to participating units via email.

WHAT ARE CAMP CARDS?
“Camp Cards” are discount cards that offer buyers discounts at several local retailers. Cards include a few one-time-use coupons and about a dozen year-long discount offers. Cards offer around $50 in value to the card buyer.Units in Cascade Pacific Council are encouraged to participate in this fundraiser, which provides outstanding return to their Scouts, to help them attend summer camp.
WHO CAN SELL CARDS?
Cub Scout Packs / Boy Scout Troops / Jamboree Scouts / Varsity Teams / Venture Crews
WHY CAMP CARDS?
Cascade Pacific Council’s primary objective is to help more Scouts attend summer camp where they’ll have an outstanding outdoor experience, reinforcing their desire to stay in Scouting.
Camp Cards offer a significant increase in transaction value: for the same amount of effort as other sales, Camp Card transactions return up to 50% commission for the Scout, much higher than the typical 30-35% fundraiser commission.
Families are facing increasing costs on all fronts. The Camp Card sale will help more families send their Scouts to camp.
Camp Cards offer the buyer a flexible, high-value item that lasts longer than a few minutes – plus the buyer is reminded of Scouting when they use their card throughout the rest of the year.
Camp Cards are easy to transport, distribute, store, sell, and maintain in good condition. Units will find that Camp Cards are easier to manage than other fundraisers.
Camp Card fundraisers throughout the country have had incredible success - we'd like to bring that success to units in Cascade Pacific Council!

Frequently Asked Questions:
Is the candy sale happening also?
The Camp Card sale replaces the candy sale. One of our major goals is to share outdoor experiences with more Scouts - the Camp Card sale allows much larger commission, which will help more Scouts raise funds for summer camp.
Can I help in the sale?
Yes! Each distict needs at least one District Camp Card Chairperson ; please let your district executive know that you're interested in lending a hand to a fun project that will help more Scouts get to camp. Each pack, troop, and other unit that participates will also need an adult to coordinate their card sales efforts - ask your unit committee chairperson if you can help. STARTING TODAY AT 1:00pm...
