Boy Scout Golf Marathon
Monday, October 20, 2008 at Langdon Farms Golf Course
n October 20, 2008, 40 golfers will risk exhaustion, sunstroke and blisters as they chase,
hack, chip, putt and slice their way to 100 holes of golf in a day at Langdon Farms Golf
Club. You can be part of the action by sponsoring a golfer.
Proceeds from the 6th Annual Golf Marathon will benefit more than 48,000 local youth members
of the Cascade Pacific Council, Boy Scouts of America, providing quality outdoor programs that
focus on leadership, character development and community service. You can sponsor a golfer at
$1.00, $2.00, or even $5.00 per hole. Or donate a flat amount for the entire marathon. For only
$150 you can enjoy corporate recognition using your corporate logo or name at your very own
hole as a hole sponsor. Donations are fully tax deductible.
