I hereby give permission to the Cascade Pacific Council of
the Boy Scouts of America to use photographs of my son/daughter/myself for the
promotion of Scouting programs. I
authorize the sale/distribution to Scouters of a compact disc that may contain
electronic photos of my or my child’s involvement in Scouting activities. I understand that the photos may appear on
the Cascade Pacific Council Websites, and promotional materials.
