Services: The membership chair provides organizational and inspirational leadership to the district membership committee. This membership team strives for growth through the organization of new Scouting units, and through new members joining existing units.Background: Shellye Dant has been involved in Scouting since her son began in Cub Scouts with Lake Oswego Pack 203, in 1998. She has been an active BSA volunteer, including roles as Troop Committee Chair and the Tree Recycling Chair for many years with Troop 230 in Lake Oswego. Her son, C.J. Wagner, received his Eagle in 2006. Shellye and her husband Morgan, live in Lake Oswego and have served in many other volunteer positions within their community and church. Professionally, Shellye is a Grant Administrator at Oregon Health & Science University
