Services: The Vice-Chair of Finance is responsible for achieving the District Friends of Scouting Goal, as set by the Council and approved by the Executive Board by the end of the calendar year. This position must provide leadership to the campaign through a strategic fundraising plan. In addition, the Vice-Chair of Finance oversees all product sales that the District is responsible for.Background: R. Scott Stevenson is an Eagle Scout and has been involved as an adult leader as a Varsity Coach, and has been a member of the District Committee, including a tour as a Former Training Chair for the Pioneer District. He served as a LDS Bishop for 6 years and currently serves as a member of the LDS Stake Presidency. Professionally, Scott is the Chief Financial Officer at Fog Cutter Capital Group, Inc.
