Pioneer District Contact
Services: The District Executive serves as a Project Manager for the Cascade Pacific Council, BSA, in support of the overall “Pioneer District.” This position serves as the Executive Officer to volunteer leaders of the District Committee’s function to support Programs, Customer/Unit Service (Commissioners), Membership, and Finance. In addition, this full-time position serves the entire community in any designated role that the Scout Executive (CEO/Executive Director) of the Council deems necessary. District Executives are apart of the paid staff of the Cascade Pacific Council, which report to the volunteer leaders of the Executive Board. Background: Mark is an Eagle Scout from T150 out of SW Portland, has a BA from Oregon State University, an MS in Recreation Sport Management from Indiana State University, and worked with the OSU Basketball team in his undergrad days.
