District Award of Merit
The District Award of Merit is a district-council award presented by districts to adult leaders who render service to youth of an outstanding nature at the district level, unit, and community. Service to the district, community involvement outside of scouting, and service to a unit (Pack, Troop, Team, or Crew) are considerations for the award. District Award of Merit Nominations - Don't
wait until the last minute to submit a nomination application and supporting information. The Award of Merit is presented at the District Dinner on May 10th. Applications are available below or on the council's website.
The deadline for applications is the last roundtable before the District Dinner.
