| WHAT IS A LOCK-IN? It is an indoor, overnight event with: Physical Skills, Crafts, Games, Displays, Movies, Archery, Demonstrations, Pizza, Snacks, BB Guns, and Fun!! | |||||||||||||||||||||
| WHO CAN COME? Any Cub Scout in Benton, Calapooia or other outlying Districts; accompanied by a Parent or adult chaperone. A Tiger Cub Partner must accompany each Tiger Cub. Cub Scouts & Webelos must meet the 1:4 ratio of Chaperones to Cubs. Non Cub Scout siblings cannot attend due to insurance regulations. Boy Scouts cannot attend as a participant or spend the night. We encourage all Boy Scouts and Troops to provide a booth activity for the Lock-In. | |||||||||||||||||||||
| WHAT DOES IT COST? $7.00, per person if you pre-register by January 8, 2005. All participants must include a Lock-In medical/registration form with the fee to qualify for pre-registration. After January 8th, 2005, or at the door, the cost goes up to $12.00 per person. Each paid participant will receive a '2005 Lock-In' patch. Yes, Chaperones must pay also, because they get to do all the fun stuff along with the Scouts. Fees are not refundable but they are transferable. | |||||||||||||||||||||
| HOW DO I REGISTER? Each Pack should register as a unit. This will make your night in the Jungle go smoother. Please contact your Pack leaders for a registration form starting in December 2004 and let them know you are interested in attending the Lock-In. Unit Reservation and Participant medical/registration forms will be made available to all Packs in Benton and Calapooia Districts at their December Roundtable meeting.
