Notice: Paper bills for the May camp payments were mailed on April 17.  Bills for Adventure Cove, Cub World and Gilbert Ranch may have had errors pertaining to the number of youth and adults on the reservation and in turn the amount due on May 15.  New bills will be issued for these affected camps and mailed on Monday, April 23.  For the most accurate information on your reservation please follow the directions below to access your online reservation.  The online system is 100% correct.

Cub Scout Reservations

1. To make online payments or adjustments to your reservation, click here to log in to your account.

2. Select 'My Information' on the left sidebar to view a list of reservations associated with your User ID.

3. Select 'View Details' for the reservation you would like to modify or select 'Pay Now' to make a payment without making any adjustments to your reservation.

 TIPS:

- User ID is usually your email address.  If you forgot or are unsure of your User ID and/or Password you can obtain them by  selecting the Forgot Password? link on the login page - the system will email details to your email account.

- Changes to camp reservations will be restricted after the May 15 Early-Bird payment date.  After that date, please email the camping department any changes you would like to make - please include your unit number, reservation number, camp name, and camp dates so we can quickly provide assistance.

Boy Scout Reservations

To make online payments or adjustments to your reservation, select the camp you have a reservation for and follow the directions on the following screen.  For LDS units planning to make a payment with a ward check you will be unable to make a payment online even though the option to pay with a check is now available.  LDS wards have two options:  you may send the check into the council office in order to make a payment or someone form the ward may pay by credit card and be reimbursed by the ward.
