Limited weekend camping is available at Camp Pioneer, located just 5 miles from Highway Post 70 on highway 22 near Marion Forks. Heavy snow levels make this beautiful camping site inaccessible much of the year. September and October are generally safe, but make sure to file the appropriate reservation form and tour permit before visiting camp. No Camp Ranger or crew available during the year.
