2008 Adventure Trek
August 4th - 9th, 2008
Come Bike, Hike, Raft, and Canoe, in the Oregon High Desert. 4 to 6 person teams will be in fun, exciting, competitive events.
Venturing age youth 14 though 20 are eligible (includes Boy Scouts & Varsity in this age group). Events include Mountain Biking, Backpacking, White Water Rafting, & Canoeing.
Each team will provide their own bicycles, backpacking gear and two support adults, and vehicle to act as a “Sag Wagon” for this event. All food, permits, rafts, and canoes, will be provided. Base camp for these events is the Wasco County Fair Grounds in Tygh Valley Oregon.
The cost is $190 per youth participant and $85 per adult
